Your island will be deeded to a group of your choosing. This affords you all the options you would have if you owned the land yourself! You can have the island deeded to one of your own groups, or the sim group. In both cases, only officers of the group will have full access to all the features and permissions. Your island will need to be deeded to a group you own, that leaves you with full control over who has access to the islands features.
