Well my plate is getting more full with other land holdings so I am willing to let these two sims go. Both of them are rented to stable tenants at a decent profit above tier. Covenants apply. Must be willing to honor exisitng agreement with tenants and hold land as Group land. If you don't understand what I mean, don't bother to inquire.
Selling at 240,000L for both.
This is not a full transfer sale, these sims are on 2 different Estates.
You will get Estate Manager rights for each sim.
Again, these sims are currently rented at a profitable rate, so I'm not willing to negotiate the price or terms. Please don't inquire unless you are willing and able to complete the transaction.
