I have begun accepting offers on my Intemptesta Nox SIM (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Intemptesta%20Nox/178/89/77/ - privately owned island) and will receive them through Friday, April 3rd, 2009. Here are a few things that people who are interested in purchasing the SIM will want to know:
• New SIMs sell for $1,000 USD at $295 a month tier
• The Intemptesta Nox SIM runs on a Class 4 server, and is one of the rare SIMs that still cost only USD$195 a month in tier, which is $100 a month less than other SIMs.
• I will be selling the land along with the Victorian/New Orleans style mansion that is now on it serving as my shop. The purchase includes the structure only, not the business collateral within it.
• Unless the purchaser makes an offer that includes buying the exclusive rights to this building, I will very likely be offering it for sale as a prefab kit later this year.
• I will also include the trees, the grotto (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Intemptesta%20Nox/55/172/23/) and other landscaping as part of the purchase so that the look and feel of the SIM essentially remain intact.
• The purchaser agrees to pay the transfer cost of USD$100, which includes the ability to both move the SIM elsewhere on the grid, and to rename it as they see fit.
• Linden Lab charges Tier on this SIM is on the 13th of every month regardless of the day the new owner takes possession.
Specific terms of the purchase and transfer can be negotiated. Private offers should be sent to me inworld through a notecard.
This SIM has a lovely history, once being the home to the Opera Populaire and a lovely French village, where many inworld love stories unfolded. Very hard to let it go, but I am combining shops with Baron Grayson and slowly leaving to take on other projects.
Namaste,
Sue Stonebender.
