Rentals are on a weekly basis with a four week minimum lease, and group membership is required to rez your products. There is a teleport directory at the landing point, and island is also open teleport, so your classifieds and landmarks can deliver your customers right to your doorstep. The rates and prim allowances are as follows:
First week - L$1
100 prims L$300 week
200 prims L$400 week
300 prims L$500 week
Between the promotional campaign beginning in February, the traffic from the nightclub "The SOUL Lounge", and the presence of a major SL publication located on the island, we anticipate some good traffic on a continuing basis.
