Telesto Covenant – Renters, the managers, and the property owner agree to stay within the beach and tropical theme as residents of the sim. All houses, outdoor plants and accessories viewable by the public will fit within the tropical and / or beach theme. Houses will be no taller than 2 stories. The land management and owner team reserves the right to inform residents if they fall outside what is considered to be outside the sim theme and request non-theme items be removed or changed.
