The first venue is our night-club called Dreamer's. It has been running for around four months now, has nearly 600 members, and boasts live DJ's twice a day, 7 days a week. We also stream live on the radio twice a week with Jetset.com which is listened to on over 100 sims inworld.
The second venue is an Irish pub called the Wild Rovers. This has been going for around 2 months now, has nearly 250 members, hosts two daily events and live musicians at least twice a week.
Our members continue to grow daily, and we generate a lot of traffic between the two venues. Our aim for the near future is to be running 24/7, which will create lots of traffic.
We are really excited to have a brand new mall custom built, featuring 52 good size shops. I'd like to offer you this opportunity first to rent a shop for your products. I myself have shopped with you before, and would love to have your designs on the sim
The prim allowance is 60 prims for the ground floor shops at only L$540 per week. The upper floor has a prim allowance of 45 prims at only L$405 per week. The boardwalk has a prim allowance of 20 prims at only L$ 240 per week.
