I have spent days only to find nothing that suits me. Here are some specifications:
x. No "Down Payment" Just first rent or nothing at all.
x. That means I want to pay monthly. Not weekly. Monthly.
x. I am looking for a lot around 2048m, 450+ prims.
x. Residential or Commercial, as long as I can have my house in the sky.
x. Along the border would be nice, but I dont care.
