Stalls cost 50L a week with 40 pirms But your limited to 2 per person, using alts are to gain more spots are not allowed.
Prefabs cost 250L/ wk with 87 pirms, it has a independant Parcel that will be deeded to you when you rent. you can change the Properties of the parcel to help you gain more traffic. there is no limit to how many prefabs you can own and they can be modified to suit your shop.
(3 currently open)LandStores cost 1500L/wk Pirms 549, Special Merchants that want to rent long term. will have their rent lowered to 1150L/wk, but you must pay 6 months in advance to get this discount. the discount is though the owner Ethen Pow, contacting anyone else won't get you anywere. this is a non-prefab parcel so you can make your own store on the land.
Drakeal Mall has Many Attendants that can answer and help you, get you invited to the Mall group to be allowed to place your stall or be updated with news. its required to be in the group when you are renting.
