Kohlworks village is a new small area designed as a mock Tudor period village. It is going to be a showcase for creations for or about the horror genre, be that stories, films or artwork. The village is on a fast sim with good footfall.

There are seven buildings available to rent at reasonable prices to vendors specialising in horror-related items.
