You have a cool club that is running well but you don't like your location anymore?
You have the idea for a cool club, you are experienced in managing a successful music club but the location for your new club is missing?
We offer on a complete sim, fully designed by a famous sim-designer, two different locations for a new music club.
If you can convice us that you fullfill our requirements than the club area is for free.
Requirements:
- you are the manager for the new club and our counterpart.
- you are in SL minimum for one year (and not as "dead" ava).
- you are manging or you have managed (not long ago) a successful music club in SL.
- you have higher-than-average standards for your club with live DJ's.
- you are willing to work together with us if we plan live events on the sim.
- no porn club - only music club (mature is fine but not adult)
We offer:
- full prim sim, nearly complete usable for the club

- two main areas are predestinated for running the club.
1. closed club area in wonderful building (no new building can be done here)
2. open event areain the middle of the sim, surrounded by 4 majestic columns
- fully designed sim, style "Romantic Goth". With underground, great buildings, each designed for the sim and nice areas for guests and shops.
- shop space for your own shops in shop building on the sim.
- support with managing the sim and doing some promotion work.
- we prefer an english spoken club that is running on "normal" SLT times, but we also accept "European" applications.
- we also prefer Rock / Goth style of music, but every other style is perfect too ( if you think it fits to that kind of sim *g*)
Put simply ... we pay the tier fee and you bring the people to the sim
