House of Ugajin is partnering with the owner of its sim to build a small community of like minded residents and merchants. Currently, Temptations has 6 available parcels for rent, each is 4,096 meters with 937 prims and rents for 8,000L per month. An adjoining Homestead, Tempting, also has 5 parcels available, at the same size but less prims. These rent for 4,000L per month.
In addition, Tempting has a tiki/beach themed mall. Stalls are each 300L/wk for 25 prims. This is in the center of the Homestead. There are no limits on what kinds of vendors qualify for the promotion (see below) as long as your merchandise is legal for sale on SL.
All rental parcels face the surrounding water of this private island estate. The central 4 parcels of Temptations is a beautiful public park, with teleporters to themed skyboxes, all for the use of members and their guests. In addition, House of Ugajin is open to A/all, as are it's 4 adjoining parcels with their parklands and courtyard. Also, House of Ugajin has a small beach on Tempting that is open to members and guests.
PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: Until August 1, House of Ugajin will rebate 1/2 of your first month's rent when you prepay for 2 months,or 1/4 the rent for a one month rental. To qualify:
1: You must be a House of Ugajin member - membership is free, just stop by the House.
2: We are only advertising this special to BDSM Lifestyle groups. If we do not feel you are a serious practitioner of BDSM, HU reserves the right to refuse the rebate. We do not want a bunch of juvenile delinquents as neighbors! (Note, BDSM for these purposes includes Gor and other genres or variants of the BDSM Lifestyle)
3: You must NOT just buy the land and then ask for the rebate! Contact Tolya Ugajin or Lexi Leiner prior to purchasing the land! This allows us to confirm that you are a member and an appropriate neighbor
4: This is an adult themed sim.
5: All decisions on whether or not the rebate will be given are at the sole discretion of Lexi Leiner and/or Tolya Ugajin. Yes, this means if we don't like you, we're not going to give you the rebate. But then, it's Her land and My money, and we're picky about our neighborhood. You can always pay full price.
6: Rent MUST be paid in full upon purchase of the land, and rebate will be given immedately. Another reason to contact Tolya or Lexi first.
7: New renters only.
8: First come,first served.
