This beautiful home was designed and custom-built by Tobias Convair, SL and RL architect/designer. The house was designed in a regional/modern style and is a perfect match for its alpine hillside setting. The house incorporates all of SL's latest scripting technology to make it a high-end, state-of-the-art residence.
The home is located on Snow Hill in the Clear Region of the mainland. Its siting on the crest of a ridge gives a 270 degree unobstructed view of the valley below and waterways beyond. This unique setting is a unique and unparallelled with its views and drama.
The house incorporates the following automated, scripted systems: a variable zoned window shading system, custom security doors with configurable access lists, zoned switched lighting with whole house control or room by room switched dimmable lights, security system with access list and ban list capabilites, two fireplaces with animated smoke and flames and a bathroom with a large tub with animated water, jets and steam, and a separate large shower big enough for two with animated water and poses.
The house is two levels with a large open living room and open-air terrace, a equipped kitchen with island and large area for dining, extra room for guests or office/den and a master bedroom suite with fireplace and bath. a studio/loft comprises the upper level with a sculptural spiral stair from the living room.
The 1000L/week rent covers all costs and fees, no tier payment or premium membership is required. A mininum two week payment is due upon assuming the lease with a minumun 6 week lease period. Custom colors or textures can be arranged upon prior arrangement with Mr. Convair for a modest fee. The house can also be furnished at a negotiable rate, with the prim allowance reduced by the equipped furniture prim count.
