I have a nice 8192 M2 region of land on rolling green hills. I am thinking of placing some beautiful japanese homes and smaller Samurai studios and landscaping them for rent. I will also provide a free 3 prim, beautifully textured Japanese sex bed or a 1 prim, also beautiful textures, Tatami sex mat with each rental upon request.
I am thinking of renting them at:
The larger homes...550L a week for 200 prims.
The Samurai Studio...260L a week for 100 prims.
I am interested in everyone's opinion.
