Nassau Shores has 15 beach houses on the corner side of the sim, over half of them is usually rented out by our regulars who have lived on the sim for more than 4 months in some cases. The houses are 20 x 20 and you have 200 prims for your furniture and outside deckchairs, the doors are lockable by you and the windows are tintable.

There is a staff of 4 and one of them are usually online at most times of the day, if you need a TV or radio deeded to group there is usually someone on hand to deed it for you.
Nassau Shores also has a large expansive seasonal central park in the middle of the new shopping area for the resident and visitors to hang around in and chill out...
The Park...
All residents can also use the Virtual Park which resides 200 meters above the photography studio in the corner, the virtual park is a star trek style holodeck where you can rez up to 27 different scenes, most of which are built with couples in mind to chill out and relax in. Nassau Shores also has 2 clubs on its land, the smaller Love Shack is hosted during the weekend by the sim owners and is a mix of rock and pop and the new Deep Desires club opening this weekend is more of an adult theme. We also give the residents a choice on the wall colour of the sinde of the house and all houses come with a seperate prim counter so you can keep track of those prims
Cost to rent is 350L a week, one of the cheapest rates in Second Life and below the baserate of 2l a prim
