I'm selling rental rights to Caledon Loch Avie, a homestead sim located in the Victorian/Steampunk roleplay community of Caledon. Loch Avie is located directly south of Caledon Victoria City which is the main shopping district and arrival point for Caledon.
Like all Homestead sims, Caledon Loch Avie is a full 65,536 square meters, with 3750 prims available. Full estate manager rights are provided, though name changes are not typically allowed since the sims are part of a larger community.
Please note, I am selling the rental rights only. The purchaser will still be responsible for paying weekly tier of L$6500 to Desmond Shang, the owner of Caledon Loch Avie.
