Bar and Patio Cafe, already built, offers the perfect ambiance for a stylish dance, or live music, club. We will permit major alterations to the interior of club; doors can be added and window textures changed. We will allow some alterations to exterior as well, though we wish to keep a beach like look that blends well with our surrounding community. Start any kind of club you wish, but sorry NO sex clubs, exotic dance, or escorts – they just don’t fit the vibe or our residential community.

* Fully stocked Bar (food & drink) -- animated bar stools, bartender poses
* Professional Dance Ball – loaded with plenty of fun and sexy dances
* DJ Bandstand (or Presentation Stage) – interactive sign behind stage allows you to place your own textures. (Other pictures in bar can be changed, or removed, upon request).
* Patio Cafe with Plenty of Seating -- tables also offer food and drink menus
* Fun Pool Tables (functioning) – also a non-betting poker table on patio (all can be removed upon request)
* Spacious grounds for setting up any special events project – rental comes with 1000 prim to use as you wish
RENTAL OPTIONS:
1 MONTH RENTAL – 35000L (Additional months after – 12000L, Bar/Cafe only)
3 MONTH RENTAL– 38000L (Additional months after – 12000L, Bar/Cafe only)
3 MONTH RENTAL– 42000L (Additional months after – 14000L, Bar/Cafe with use of Grounds)
6 MONTH RENTAL– 72000L (Bar/Cafe only)
EXTRA PRIM: Whatever we remove from the club, that you dont want to use, such as pool tables, we will add to your allowed prim count. If you need a lot more prim we can arrange.
