How to do the calculation? Use the monthly tier and divide by the no. of prims. What if it is a weekly tier? Convert it to monthly tier = (weekly tier x 52)/12. And get the L$/prim.
So how low is my tier? L$13500 monthly tier for 1874 prims. That is L$7.2/prim. Do your comparison. This is the lowest your can find.
Land size is 4096sqm. That means you get double prims. You can use the land for both residential and commercial purposes.
Why do you need double prims? Because the standard number of prims is not enough for you to fully furnish your house or your shop. Don't you notice there are lots of empty houses in SL? And you need even more prims if you were to setup a shop.
