While we are a growing sim, we have many plans in place to promote our businesses and increase traffic. Starbrook's Coffeehouse will be a meeting place for friends and music lovers alike. We will have live artists, as well as dj's and will be incorporating open mic nights as well. The Moxie furniture store is a growing entity in itself with traffic increasing daily. Advertising will be done for our tenants in many different ways including adding tenant names to our search terms, posting in the forums and free advertising spots on a SL television show that is the planning/production stages.
There are currently 4 stores for rent on Moxie. Minimum rental period is two weeks with a maximum of 8 weeks. The breakdown of stores and rental pricing/prims is as follows:
1 small store1 - $120L/week - 60 prims
1 medium store1 - $200L/week - 100 prims
