Initial rental rate is 2.5L/prim/week. you pay for as many or little prims as you need (min. 20 prims) and for as many weeks as you desire. After that your rental rate is configured at the normal 5L/week/prim.

Minimum rental period is 2 weeks.

We also have have the following rental specials:

Pay for four weeks in advance and get one week free

Host a Lucky Chair at our mall and get 1 week free (one time only)

SLBB members get 2 weeks free (with intial rental purchase)

rental boxes are auto configured for 20 and 40 prims depending on the space size. If you will be needing more, contact me prior to paying the rental box so we can configure it appropriately.

If you see a spot that you like that appears full, but doesn't have a white rental box floating near it, please contact me, I may be able to accomodate you.

As a JDC - Skymall tenant you will recieve the benefits of regular promotion via services in-world, on the web and various SL publications., bi-weekly and/or monthly events organized by mall staff, traffic from our prize area featuring the wolfhaven money tree, moneybooth, and our 20 Wonderchairs/LCs and Wonder Widgets All we ask is that you stay within the most recent guidelines of the mall.

We are situated high up in the air to help reduce lag, but with advertising at ground level, we recieve steady traffic from the curious dwellers of the 8 sims that surround us.
