Madison Square is a beautiful, open, planned community on a private Estate (class 5 server). It includes "The Shops at Madison Square", "The Muse Open Air Gallery , "The Condos at Madison Square", "Moments" Jazz Club and Brenham Estates Rental Office.
There are just 10 shops with a center square, Shops are 20m x 20 m with 200 prims available for L$600 per week. The Sim is rated Mature so Adult content is NOT allowed.
