and your sweetheart,

The yacht has around 1000 prims, is mod and copy, so you can edit the furniture and you will have a few prims left to rezz further things on your half of the homie sim.
For that special surprise you can even paint the name of your beloved one
on the bow of the Ultima!!

For additional terraforming - if you wanna go for a walk on land -
ask me please. Everything can be arranged, as long as you keep it tropical
beachie.
