Each house has lockable doors, and tintable windows for you personal privacy and security. Each house will also be provided with a working radio for you to enjoy the music of your choice in the house. You will also have the use of outside space, and use of a shared swimming pool, as well as easy access to our private beach.
The minimum rental period is one week at 1400L, which will include an allowance of 500 Prims for you own furniture and decortations. You may, however, rent up to 6 months in advance, and payment of 4 weeks at a time gains an discount of 10%, bringing the cost down to a very reasonable 1260L a week.
I also have smaller properties to rent on a neighbouring plot...but why not come out and view them all....viewing costs nothing after all??!!
