Alright I'm currently looking for some land for rent from a private estate/island. I am looking to spend no more than 4k/month and it has to be atleast 1024 sq mt. I prefer that the sim has been up for atleast 6 months and is commercial build friendly. I am looking to put my shop up. I also prefer that the sim is set up nicely and not just jumbled garbage scattered everywhere.
