Flax Montis Shopping Center has newly constructed spaces available. There is a popular ladies only club (male strippers) on the sim and most of the present shops are geared toward women.
We have expanded the already existing mall and we are looking for new tenants. For a limited time, we are offering FREE SHOP RENTALS. That's right - FREE! You get 2 weeks, FREE. This is not a "buy 2, get 2." Put simply, it's FREE rental for 2 weeks, no strings attached. After your 2 weeks are up, you can continue to lease at your location at the normal rate for the space.
The rental boxes are set to L$1/week, 2 weeks minimum/2 weeks maximum, which is as close to free as we can make it.

We reserve the right to limit the number of free shops you may rent
You may not just pick and move to another free space (if one exists) once your free period has expired.
No "business in a box" or other cheap resellers are allowed. (If you want to open a legitimate affiliat vendor shop, check with Falcone Kongo before opening).
You must join the land group and tag all prims with it or they will be auto-returned. (A "join group" kiosk is located at the landing point and others are scattered around the mall).
