I have set my mainland class 5 sim Cloudrider for sale - 310000 Lindens (under 5 L per sq meter) and it is yours today! It is a full hilly green sim. There is also an interesting natural land feature that should not be possible, but its there.
(it can be flattened out by next owner if natural wonders arent your thing)There is a Linden road (3200 sq meters 732 prims) all the way through the north end of the sim. So while this is a full sim, it is 62336 square meters due to the protected road. I have found this handy as it leaves enough tier left over for a small property off the main sim without additional fees.
