Rufford Street Rentals is a semi-realistic neighborhood composed of both furnished and non-furnished houses that are just waiting to be called home by someone like you. The neighborhood rests on Hipparchus, a mainland sim being subleased by Phoenix Ruben. Rufford Street overlooks Club Obsession, but is its own parcel – assuring you peace and quiet to spend time with friends and loved ones.

Be apart of the neighborhood by renting any of our modern styled homes either with or without furniture. Want something a little more private? No problem. We also offer exquisite skyboxes that also come with or without furniture.

By now, you’re thinking “Sookie, this sounds too good to be true. This must cost a virtual arm and a leg!” Okay maybe not those words exactly… but I’m betting it was something close! You’ll find Rufford Street to be a pleasant and quite affordable community that I can personally vouch for. In fact, you’ll find that I live there too!

Prices? It varies.

Our largest and most special home is $450L per week. It comes fully furnished with multiple bedrooms, kitchen, sitting areas, pool, multiple patios and we even throw in 100 prim so you can decorate your 50x50 plot of land in the sky!

Want something smaller? We have smaller sky boxes that also come furnished for $100L per week with 50 prim.
