- no buildings between 50 and 500 meters height
- no use of ugly privacy screens (use more realistic tropical screens or do it with plants)
- no terraforming allowed in the height (surface shaping yes)
- no red banlines (use a security system but include estate manager in the settings)
- no use of temp rezz or high lag scripts (we will monitor the sim performance)
- no building can be placed against the lot borders, leave some space to breath
- no glow textures or particles from all kind
- no refunds after payments
- no payment in time will result in reclaiming back your land
