All parcels are L$500 per week and include:

All houses are custom built and slightly different, but all share the same theme and feature:
* Tintable windows
* Renter controlled doors
* Roof terraces
* Waterfront and superb views
Houses are unfurnished, but we can help with furnishings or advice on where to get furniture if needed.
You also have full access to the magnificent Alhambra Palace complex. Amenties include:
* Many dance areas
* Relaxing spots for sitting, chatting or cuddling
* Meditation room
* Zen garden
* Indoor pool and much more!!!!!
We welcome all avatars - roleplayers, furries, kids, tinies, vampires, be whoever and whatever you want. These are residential properties, so no businesses, but provided you don't spoil the natural beauty of the sim, annoy your neighbours or hog sim resources, we don't mind what you do in your home. You can't park a helicopter on the roof, but if you want one in your bedroom, that's fine by us.
To rent, please pay the rental box on the parcel. Once you have paid, please contact Wulfric Chevalier or Blythe Bracken to be added to the land group. You must wear the Chevalier Estates group tag to rezz/build.
