They say that three out of four new businesses fail within the first year...

A couple of months ago, we offered a free month's shop rental in our themed community, a Mediterranean seaside village, to startup businesses.

Three of them folded after their first month. Two of them (The Place of the Lotus and Sam's Secret) are thriving...because their owners have original content to sell, and because they work hard at creating content and promoting their businesses.

Would you like to join them? We're once again offering a free month's shop rental to business startups. We have three small market stalls available (40 prims each, normal rental is L$160 per week).
