We have 9 stores to rent on Chocolate Pie SIM - 3 larger stores and 6 smaller boutique style. Each sits in the mall setting but is on its own parcel.
Tenants will have control over their own media stream (music) search tag etc. The store sits next to CC Decor, a well known and busy home furnishings store. We anticipate then when the new location of CC Decor is up and running there will be a steady flow of traffic to CC Decor and therefore prospective shoppers will encounter the mall. CC Decor runs regular advertising and events so works hard on promotion. Please feel free to search and visit CC Decor, Solare to see the traffic the store generates. Be assured this is "real" traffic, generating "real" sales.
Chocolate pie will also have a small residential community and recreational areas. These will be situated close the mall. By recreational we do not mean a club or anything of that nature. More green space with water features and a beach themed area for shoppers and residents to use for leisure.
Rent is set at 2.5 L$ per prim and rounded to the next whole Linden. Minimum is 80 prims. Examples of pricing:
80 prims - 200 L$ pw
100 prims - 250 L$ pw
150 prims - 375 L$ pw
200 prims - 500 L$ pw

1. Please keep all items and advertising for your business within the perimeters of your parcel - place no items on the walkway outside your store. There is space above the door for your store logo/sign.
2. No nudity or overtly sexual items to be placed in the windows or in plain view from the walkway.
3. You may install a prize camping chair, but no more than 1 chair per store please. Lucky chairs, Midnight Mania and other Lucky Designs products are welcomed.
4. No temp rezzors or bot models are permitted.
4. Tier/rent is paid 4 weeks in advance. We cannot offer refunds. If possible try to give one weeks notice that you plan to give up your tenancy on the store.
5. Chocolate Pie is a Mature SIM and therefore has certain rules to abide by under the new Linden Labs designations. If unsure about the nature of your business please speak to Nash Pevensey or Maisie Teardrop regarding items acceptable and not acceptable on Mature Sims. A lingerie store is however acceptable and so is a skin store.
6, Lastly, please enjoy your store and Chocolate Pie. We try to be fairly easy going, approachable and helpful. Anything you need to know or want to ask dont hesitate to do so. Please also bear in mind we are on UK time - we are available and online every day - but do need to sleep, lol.
