Canterbury Island is home to 36 residential 1 and 2 bedroom rentals. Each home is situated on a 1024 sqm lot, surrounded with a white picket fence and trees in the yard. Many of the houses have been equipped with lockable doors, the Tenant that rents the home controls the access list into their home. Windows Tint in the bedrooms, and you can change the Audio and Video with equipment you provide, or free things I can give you.
Rentals start at $600L a week for 225 prims. Rents are based on number of prims. Prim rates are $2.75 per prim, so if you needed 300 prims your rent would be...$825L a week. Prim limit not to exceed 400.
