I have several shops now available to rent at Southern Charmed Plantation Gardens & Flower Boutique.

They are located on the 2nd floor of the plantation style home, all are approximately 20x20 shops with 100 prims available. Rent is 200L a week.
We cover all advertising.
Our Grand Reopening will be held in the next couple of weeks.
We have steady traffic, and growing.
I'm in the process of placing an ad board at the landing point, which will be free for renters to use to advertise their shop.
We have a bridal and flower shop as well as a garden area. On the roof we have a dance floor for everyone to use (no camping)...adding more to the dance area over the next couple of days. We've placed benches, blankets and pillows around the sim as well.
A space on the main floor can also be rented, just send me an IM or drop me a notecard letting me know what size area you need and how many prims.
