Welcome to paradise! This fun, friendly community on a gorgeous tropical class 5 sim has both furnished and unfurnished houses, with a range of prices to meet most budgets. The common areas include a water slide, dance floor over the water, tiki shower, beautiful beach, skydiving, skating rink, Marketplace with unique shops, and Lighthouse Jazz Club. Dotting the island are romantic hidden grottos with waterfalls and pose balls.
We have a variety of furnished and unfurnished homes for rent for almost every budget.
2-story furnished beach houses
Each has a private beach and include a free 29-position SEXGEN bed. Plus: a radio, deck, privacy blinds, locking doors, full access to all common areas, and music stream. Beach houses are $1300/wk with 300 prims. (less than $5/wk USD)
2-story furnished skyboxes
Include a free 29-position SEXGEN bed, privacy windows, and multi-destination TP pads have the same common area privileges, and are $650/wk with 200 prims.
**NEW--Riverfront Cottages**
Sitting only a few feet away from a quiet river that flows from a waterfall out to the sea, are the new cozy riverfront cottages. Privacy blinds, locking doors, and full common area privileges are included. All cottages are $500/wk. The furnished cottage includes a 100 prim allowance, and the unfurnished ones include a 200 prims allowance.
Cliff Houses
Hanasaki House and Peacefull Cliffs are private, traditional Japanese houses perched on the side of a mountain, with a breathtaking view of sunrise and sunset. Hanasaki House: $600/wk, with a 250 prim allowance. Peaceful Cliffs: $700/wk, with a 200 prim allowance. A locking door and multi-destination TP pad are included.
2-story, 6-room Vista Houses
These larger unfurnished homes rent for $1975/wk with 700 prims. They also have locking doors, privacy blinds, and full common area access.
