Want to buy 10ksq land (give or take a few meters) for commercial shop (no clubs). Need a minimum of 1000 prims. Prefer private place but if it has a few other businesses and no more than ONE club I'd be interested. My budget will allow 8-9K per month for tier. I do not have a premium linden account and DO NOT want one.
