McDonnagh land 3 a full 15,000 prim sim is for sale. The sim is half occupied. The tier is 295 US Dollars per month and its paid on the 6th of the month. Firm price is $595 if i pay the 10/06 tier or $300 if you do. New owner must honor current residents contract or refund. 7 of 16 4096 lots have been paid for october. Here is the link:
