I have numerous openings in my 3 residential private sims, as many of my tenants have decided to rent the new Openspace Sims from me. My sims are strictly for residential living, no businesses, clubs, or traffic producing landmarks of any kind. Each parcel is separated by water to give you more privacy and an island feel. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and can be paid via paypal or lindens. I think you will find my rates very competitive in today's rental environment. I charge $5.75 per 1000sqm per month, no upfront purchasing costs, only pay your monthly rent. More than happy to discuss resizing any of the existing properties to meet your needs/budget.
