We have TWO openspace 1/2 sims available near our full sim. We are looking for select individuals who would enjoy the freedom of having their own land without paying those crazy upfront prices to "own". Residential perferred, will consider low script/traffic business.
There is NO purchase price....Therefore these are being called rentals, though you will have full owner & estate rights and usage, including terraforming. Anything goes except clubs.
Tier is 13,000L/mo. You may rent the entire sim for 26,000L/mo
Weekly payment & Paypal options also available after initial rental.
These are stand alone sims and are NOT connected to any others.
Terraforming, landscaping is offered for those who would prefer to leave it up to someone else.
