Beautiful and a bit mysterious, a perfect home for anyone who loves fantasy, pirates, etc. Consensual scripted melee and small ship battles are allowed, if set within the medieval period up to 1700, while at the same time each renters space and privacy is assured. The Covenant and parcel structure guarantee open water ways for sailing. Skyboxes, etc. with no theme restrictions may be built above 400 meters.
