A few shops are still available, all surrounding the landing point.
Prices range from 100L-250L per week depending on prim count and size of the shop. All information is provided at the rental sign of each shop. If you need less prims in a certain space, let me know and we can discuss price. All shops can be retextured to your liking, just ask.
We cover all advertising costs, have daily steady traffic flow without the use of bots or campers.
I have several ad boards rented on many different sims. I have several different shops rented in many locations. Each location I have included the tennants that are already renting at Southern Charmed.
I am also participating in several scavenger hunts and events throughout many different areas to bring in more business.
We have a variety of shops already here and welcome more.

All of the tennants that rent at Southern Charmed are more than welcome to use my new sandbox area that is located in the sky to make their creations as long as prim counts allow. All I ask is once you've finished building, etc, please pick up after yourself to allow others room to build.
Please no griefing or creating objects that will disturb the other tennants or customers.
