Considering selling my two BRAND NEW class 5 sims. Both sims are about 2 months old and delivered within 3 days of each other. Land tier was paid on 5/13 and 5/16 so they will not need to be paid again until June. They are on the new $295 a month land tier to the Linden's.
If purchased, the buyer will pay the transfer fee which includes renaming and moving the sims in the cost of the transfer fee. I will require the two sims to be moved and renamed so current location and name is not relavant.
