Our ocean front corner lot is called "Athena Beach" and it is 2048 square meters with 468 available prims and next door, also with a beautiful ocean view sits "Athena Retreat" which is 1920 square meters and holds 439 prims. The Athena Rental properties are ideal for two friends who want to rent as opposed to own (and avoid those nasty VATs) and want to live next to each other.
1) Here at Athena Rentals we have tried to create an open and pleasant beach cottage atmosphere with some high quality builds for your enjoyment. You will also notice that our cottages come furnished and this provides you with a nice turnkey approach to your renting experience. The properties do have free prims remaining for you to add your own personal touch and of course we also realize that you might like to remove some of the existing objects on the property to free up some prims for your own customizations. We will do our best to accomodate your requests in this matter. 2) All residents of Athena must adhere to the Everafter Estate covenant (a Mature Sim)when it comes to public conduct and building policies. If you need to know what these are, please select the "About Land" option and read their convenant. But you will not need to worry about contacting the Everafter Estates management team when it comes to renting "Athena Beach" or "Athena Retreat".
3) Also, here at the Athena Rental properties, we strive for an open and friendly cottage environment where borders between the two parcels are not needed, where the residents of the two parcels can respect each other's privacy without resorting to unfriendly behavior and where both occupants can share the beach with each other and their respective friends. However security systems have been made available to the renters of "Athena Beach" and "Athena Retreat" and this is intended for outside intruders.
