Hey guys. I have started up a new mall on my sim to help cover tier. I currently have my photo studio there and am setting up my D-Factor franchise shop there as well. I have 8 stores currently open. They are very nice sized stores with a very elegant feel to them. I have 6 that allow for 50 prims, and 2 that allow for 100 prims. I can adjust this as needed if more want 100 prims than 50. The 50 prims ones are for rent at $150/wk, and the 100 prims are $250/wk. But, for the first 8 tenants, I am offering a free week to you. You don't not have to pay me anything to get this.
