Along with your residency in Yerba Buena, you also receive all the luxuries and amenities found in a true community atmosphere.

A Cinema, Ballroom Dancing Pavilion, Romantic Hidden Grottos with Waterfalls, a Secret Garden to explore, and a Beach with Games and Entertainment along with Surfable Waves! These are open to residents and their guests!
For even more out of your new community, take a walk across Yerba Buena's very own Golden Gate Bridge to visit the Shopping District, Art Gallery, 12 Galaxies Nightclub, Tiny Town and our replicas of the Transamerica Pyramid, San Francisco's Chinatown Gate, and all that Yerba Buena has to offer.
