Plontafus is directly 2 sims away from the Linden channel to the old continent, and there is a huge amount of sailing available here.
The beach is free for you to use, and you have direct access to the ocean form the plot in front of you which is also owned by me.
The house has tintable windows, all doors lock, and access lists are available. The land is deeded, and as a tenant with me, you will have access to ban lists, eject, and full media controls.
I can set a security device for you if you wish.
All I ask for is no ban lines, no weapons, for this to be a residential property only and to be respectful to our neighbours. No ban lines because they are the scourge of sailors!
