We have a number of homes to rent (currently 3 vacant) in Coconut Cove on Chocolate Pie SIM. Each home is beach front with a generous parcel allowance. The homes are modern and are equiped with security and come with a top of the range TV installed. The homes can also be rented fully furnished - part furnished or unfurnished. We also own a large furniture store so the tenant can choose the required furniture for their home.
The SIM is currently being landscaped though the residential area is almost finished. There is a large open space in the middle of the SIM which will be lanscaped and have facilities for residents to use. There will be no clubs or bars on the SIM. The SIM has 12 residential properties in total and there are no plans to place any more at ground level. This will maintain the spacious feel for the residents who live in the Cove.

300 Prims - 900 L$
Your prim allowance will not decrease due to any lanscaping such as trees, rocks etc placed by us on your parcel. Your TV also doesnt affect your prim allowance, nor do security devices or the radio we install in each home.
