Wonderful ocean views nestled in a garden glen environment. 2400prim low or no lag sandbox available for residents to use (work can be left untouched for at least 48 hours, no need to clean up instantly either). We will custom build you a new home OR provide you with a pre-fab one for no charge if you wish. Free sex-gen rug/bed for your use while you stay with us as well! Landlord lives on-site in this welcoming, community oriented island. Lot sizes range from 250prims to 800prims depending on your rental needs.
