The Shopatorium at Gallinas has recently expanded northward along the Linden Road in the mainland sim of Gallinas, near the Isabel Infohub and The Shelter new resident hangout.

The blue-walled glass-and-metal shop in this photo is directly ON the Linden Roadside and rents for 50 prims for 200L/week. This is a 20x10m shop.
The pink and orange brick shops are 10x10, 30-prim shops and rent for 125L/wk.

The purple-walled metal-and-glass shop in this photo is another 50-prim shop in the same courtyard as the blue shop, and is also rentable for 200L/wk. As you can see from this photo, one of the smaller shops in this courtyard has already been taken by a Sn@tch affiliate vendor.
