ADULT SIM store/stall rentals.

I have the following mini rentals/stalls/areas for rent.


A) 8/Eight stalls roughly 12/12x10/12ish at 200 week with 35 prims.
B) 2/two Areas/Stalls roughly 20/22 x 10+ish at 350 week with 50 prims.



These just came on the market today. This is an ADULT rated sim, so if you want to get in and setup nows the time.

-- NO REZZORS, temp rezzor or rezzor vendors... NONE>>>>> I find one its byebye and no refund.
-- NO SPAM items no LM givers join my clubs or anything like that that spams open chat.
-- NO messes, If you need a little grphic help or just ideas, let me know. I do like to help if i have the time.


DO
-- Pay rent to the box and IM me.
-- Do have a texture handy for your company (You do have a logo right?) so i can post it over head and in the directory.
-- Count your prims. ( I will. you never know i may let you fudge one or two if it looks kosher to me.)
-- NO CLUB PROMOS
-- No heavy scripted trinkets, KIDDIE stuff or religious items.
