A convenient teleport hub is placed in the center of the courtyard to help attract random visitors to the SIM and a SLExchange terminal has been placed on the premises to help draw SLExchange customers and merchants. Additionally, I will pay to run a classified ad each week to help keep the parcel competitive in SL search lists. If you send me a notecard after renting asking me to to add keywords to the land/parcel description, I'll be happy to add up a couple for you as space permits so that your shop can draw the clientele you are trying to reach.
My terms for Marketplace Rentals are very relaxed (land is Mature-Rated), but I do encourage residents to exercise good taste - our goal is to maintain a welcoming, open atmosphere where we're not hated by our neighbors (and you're not hated by yours). For specific details of the terms of your lease, please either contact me in world or take a copy of the Lease Terms from one of the rental boxes on site prior to leasing.
