Hang out in the Sky Park at the top of the city center, and take in the view.
Go for a swim on the Sky Deck of the Aurora building
Pilot a helicopter (get one from the helipad at La Tour)
Drive your car all around the city. (Freebie car available) You can now take the exit to the south to Clonmel (still under construction, but the bridge is complete)
Take a REALLY long walk. I've got most of the sidewalks connected.
